Pali legal advisor spanked by Fox News
Is Fox my first (or even 7th) choice for accurate news? Of course not. They are every bit as biased as CNN, BBC, SKY et all. But at least they have the good form to be rude to talking heads that are out-and-out liars instead of just smiling politely in the name of 'even-handedness'.
Would I rather he had refuted the lie in every one of her prepared talking points? Yes. But when time is short and you don't feel like going through the exhausting task of correcting the terrorist's apologists... a good old-fashioned spanking is always a good fall-back option:

Is it wrong that I think that Fox is an awful news source, staffed by people who I wouldn't trust to give a "fair and balanced" weather forecast ... but I like them and agree with them on this one issue, because they are supportive of Israel?

I only wish Greg Jarrett had refuted her points, one by one....especially the one about no explosive heads on the rockets coming out of Gaza.

interestingly, FOX as being more biased than other news sources is I believe something of a modern myth (see UCLA study on media bias? I forget). at this point in history, we just have to take every "news" article with a grain of salt, regardless of source... maybe that is a good thing.
but the world could use more of this sort of "put the spokeshole in their place" journalism; we in the LA area have local KFI personalities John and Ken, who regularly interrupt and scoff at spokespeople for government, etc. very refreshing and necessary.

I am from the southern USA. I was raised to respect women...open doors and all of that...
I would ignore my upbringing in her case.

Look, David. We're on the same side of the issue on this one.
But equating Faux "News" with the BBC and CNN is the popular perception and equivocation not worthy of someone of your experience and intelligence. Faux "News" is the logical terminus of the destruction of the Fairness Doctrine.
Everyone who spouts bullshit should be called on it, especially when the facts are at question. The partisan press certainly has a place in mass media, but one that has the gall to advertise itself as "Fair and Balanced" deserves all of the ridicule it receives.

I wonder when all these Foz-hating, Fairness Doctrine-loving liberals will realize the connection between liberalism and anti-Zionism on the one hand and conservatism and pro-Israelism on the other.
