Out of sight (site) but not out of mind
Sorry I haven't posted since Tuesday. In addition to doing a bit of globe-trotting with my family, we have also gotten up close and personal with a hospital emergency room (yes, Yonah is going to be fine...now!).
On the up side, we got to spend a pleasant evening with one of my favorite journalers and her significant other. Stay tuned for updates on both stories.

Excuse me, Mr. Bogner, but did you just say you were, ahem, *sorry* you hadn't posted since Tuesday?

I'm so jealous you guys got to hang out! Can't wait to hear all about it! Glad to hear Yonah is fine - can't wait to hear that story, too.

Steve... I'm peddling lemonade to thirsty folks here, not literary gems to the rich and famous! People understand when you take a little longer creating one of your shiny baubles... my 'crowd' expects the lemonade stand to operate on some sort of a schedule!!! :-)
Beth... even cooler, Weese and I went to High School together!

Indeed, you slake my thirst, sir.

Get. Out.
You two crazy kids went to high school together?
AND you hung out?
AND you were in my beloved New England?
'Scuse me while I stoke the fires of my jealousy.

Good to hear the little pumpkin (and Grandpa Pumpkin) are feeling better. High fevers are scary things indeed!

Lisa... Yes we went to HS together, but we didn't know each other back then. I was a band geek... and Weese, she ran with a far cooler crowd.
Oh...and the only thing that would have made things cooler than just being in New England is if we could have taken in a Red sox game at Fenway (or even a Pawtucket Red Sox minor league game)... no such luck. I have a short journal entry about taking the kids to an opening day at Fenway years ago that I never got around to publishing... Maybe I'll dig it up. :-)
